Melvin has been an absolute amazing help. Without him this process would never have happened and we would have made many costly mistakes a long the way. Melvin has a wealth of knowledge and assisted with everything you can think of. He is extremely helpful especially knowing that as expats we didn't know much. He is even there after the purchase and transfer with more knowledge and helpful tips and contacts that one can use in the future.
